1. What is IE Reader?

Internet Explorer Reader (IE Reader) is an Internet Explorer plugin, which enables your computer to read the webpages for you. As a result, you can rest your eyes while just listening to those pages.

2. Does IE Reader FREE?

IE reader is a SHAREWARE, that is to say, you can use it freely for 30 days. If you want to keep using it after 30 days, you have to register your copy. For more information about registeration, click HERE.

3. Where can I find IE Reader?

You can download the latest version of IE reader at http://www.latestsoft.com/download/

4. I got an anonying dialog, which asked me to register this software, why?

Because you are using an unregistered copy of IE reader and you have used it for more than 30 days. Please register it. After trail period, you can no longer read webpages to MP3.

5. I got a error message like "TTS not installed", why?

IE Reader needs Microsoft SAPI 5.1. If you get this error message, I suggest you reinstall IE reader, which contains core compenents of Microsoft SAPI.

6. Can I stalled other 3-party TTS Engine?

Yes, of course. Before installation, please make sure that the new TTS engine supports Microsoft SAPI.

7. When I want read the page to MP3, most items in this dialog are disabled, why?

If you selected "Read All to MP3", you were visiting a blank webpage. If you selected "Read Selection to MP3", you did not select anything in your Internet Explorer window.

8. Can I convert a HTML file to MP3 by this product?

Yes. First, double click the HTML file. Second, select "Read to MP3" menu item.

9. Can I convert a TEXT file to MP3 by this product?

Yes. First, run Internet Explorer. Second, drag the text file to this Internet Explorer window. Third, select "Read to MP3" menu item.

10. How can I stop reading the headlines?

Right click on the headlines and select "Stop read" from the popup menu.

11. How often does the the headlines update?

It depends. Usually, twice a day.

12. I have choosed a new skin, but nothing happens?

Because IE Reader is only a plugin in Microsoft Internet Explorer, only the user interface of IE Reader changes. Open any dialog (such as Option and MP3 Dialog in IE Reader), you will find the interface changed dramatically.

13. I want to design new skins, what shall I do?
