During the trial period (30 days), ShowPassword only gives you the first two characters of you password. Please register it to get full version and your full password.

5. I'm using Windows XP, why I can not recover the password in "Change User Password" Control Panel Applet?

Unfortunately, even it is inside "Internet Explorer_Server" (res://D:\WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.cpl/nusrmgr.hta), the password input field is inside an ActiveX with CLSID:A5064426-D541-11D4-9523-00B0D022CA64. So, it is completely impossible to read the password from the ActiveX black box.

6. I wanted to get my password in an IE window, but I got more than one password, why?

That is because this page contains more than one password fields. If you want to get your passwords in an IE window, ShowPassword will retrieve all passwords in this page and their positions in that page.
